We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains when and how you may request a refund for payments made for access to our cloud-based software and related services (the "Service").
1. Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer located within the European Union or the Republic of Cyprus, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date of the transaction - without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision before the 14-day period expires (see Section 4 for contact details).
2. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
Under EU law, the right of withdrawal may not apply in the following cases:
- If you have explicitly agreed that the Service will begin immediately after purchase and acknowledge that you lose your right to withdraw once full access is granted.
- If the purchase involves non-refundable digital content that is immediately accessible or downloadable after payment.
However, we voluntarily offer a 14-day refund period even in digital service cases, provided that:
- You have used the Service only minimally for testing purposes; and
- You submit your refund request within 14 days of purchase.
3. Subscriptions and Renewals
- Initial Purchases: Subscriptions are eligible for a full refund if requested within 14 days of the initial payment.
- Renewals: Automatic renewals are generally non-refundable, but we may consider refunds in exceptional cases (e.g., accidental renewal) if requested within 7 days after renewal.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

- Date of purchase and transaction ID;

We will confirm receipt of your request and process eligible refunds within 14 days from the date we receive your cancellation notice.
5. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
Depending on your payment provider, funds may take several business days to appear in your account.
6. Partial Refunds or Denials
We reserve the right to issue partial refunds or decline a request if:
- The Service has been significantly used during the refund period;
- The refund request is made after 14 days from the purchase date; or
- The transaction falls under a non-refundable category (e.g., custom integrations, setup fees, or enterprise services).
